Emma! is a Wiggles spin-off series which first aired in 2015. It was the first to focus on only one Wiggle instead of the whole group.
The first Emma! series debuted on ABC Kids in Australia on June 1, 2015. It later premiered on Treehouse in Canada and temporarily streamed on Hulu in America.
Series 1 showcases Emma in her room dancing to different types of music on a themed day. One song is performed in each episode. The dance is decided when Emma's Music Box plays its tune, then presents Emma with an item of some sort that relates to the dance.
At the time of its release, this first series was the shortest Wiggles series to date with episode lengths of 4 minutes, meaning production was simpler than other Wiggles series. The series' only setting was Emma's room, which has less set dressings but a brighter appearance compared to Ready, Steady, Wiggle! series 2 and Wiggle House. Likewise, Emma herself is the only character to appear.
The music is somewhat similar in approach to the Dorothy the Dinosaur series, where existing Wiggles tunes are performed with a consistent set of instruments involved (in this case, piano, acoustic guitar, mandolin, bouzouki, six string banjo and bass). Occasionally, songs are featured with recycled tracks from the Go To Sleep Jeff! album.
Despite the simple setting and plot, the show quickly gained popularity thanks to its focus on Emma, whose status as the first female Wiggle made her a fan-favourite character. Following this series, there have been multiple follow-up Emma! videos, albums and even solo tours, not to mention several Emma-centric books, toys, apparel and other merchandise sold.
The following year, a Lachy! TV series debuted following a similar format, but with a wider range of musical style and settings, which would influence future Emma! series.

20 episodes were released on an aptly-titled compilation video, Emma!. Some episodes are stitched together with bonus songs and skits in between, filmed outdoors with other cast members. Because of this, it is currently sold on digital platforms as a single "movie", unlike other TV compilations where episodes are available separately.
Streaming[]
All 30 episodes debuted in the United States streaming on Hulu. The Wiggles have since left that platform and the series is no longer available.
All episodes are available on Kidstream, as part of its own service and as an add-on channel of Prime Video.[1][2] They are presented as compilations of three episodes running 10-11 minutes each.
The Emma! video is available for free on The Wiggles' YouTube channel.
