Dr. Sure is played by Simon in Miss Polly Had a Dolly where he helps Emma's dolly feel better. When the others ask "Are you sure?" he says "Sure I'm sure" and the others say "Ah, he's Dr. Sure!" He also appeared in Apples & Bananas.
